Job Description

Required Skills / Experiences
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and be responsible for providing expert guidance, overseeing project implementations, and delivering high-level strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business needs, financial processes, and requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Recommend effective Oracle Financial solutions and assist in creating a roadmap for successful implementation.
  • Design complex Oracle Financial system configurations, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives and requirements. Ensure integration with other Oracle modules and third-party systems, if required.
  • Evaluate and streamline clients’ financial processes, leveraging Oracle Financial modules to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting capabilities. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and best practices implementation. Provide strategic advice on optimizing financial operations and improving overall financial performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate the accuracy, functionality, and performance of the Oracle Financial system. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to project requirements and client expectations. Address and resolve any issues or defects encountered during testing.
  • Guide clients through organizational change associated with the implementation of Oracle Financial systems. Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to facilitate user adoption and ensure a smooth transition. Provide leadership and support in driving user engagement and acceptance of the new system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand clients’ long-term business objectives and identify opportunities for additional services and value-add. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and continuous improvement recommendations to client’s post-implementation.
Qualifications
  • BS degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Financial modules (eBusiness Suite & Oracle Fusion)
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as financial processes across various industries.
  • Proficiency in Oracle implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business and system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on Oracle technologies and industry trends.
