Job Description

Required Skills / Experiences
  • Support the day-to-day oversight of a range of project control processes, including resource management, planning, issue and risk management, scope/change control, and quality management including the application of outputs from these processes to improve project and program performance and comply with ZONE standers.
  • Support the preparation of the standardization of the project management practices (Policies, process, templates, and tools).
  • Support in maintaining the CoE documentation library and project templates in order to support the CoE initiatives’ achievement.
  • Support in maintaining the reports for the CoE management and the monthly KPI Pack in order to keep all parties involved and updated.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes of the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field
  • 1- 2 years of experience in project management support within professional services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
  • Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting)
  • Fluent both in English and Arabic
  • Experience in PMO activities in medium to large scale complexity delivery projects and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills – including verbal, written, and presenting to a group.
  • Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive/ can do style of work
  • Additional skills beneficial to the role:
  • Experience of analyzing management information using appropriate tooling e.g., Splunk, Qlik,
  • Power BI Office 365 suite including advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Project / Server
  • PPM Tools such as Clarity, Planview
  • Experience of collaboration tools e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence/ JIRA
  • Certification or experience in P30 or Agile Methodologies
